-if you divide 3 by 5 you will get o.6.
-if you multiply o.6 by 100 you will get 60%.
-to get 3:2 subtract 5 (denominator) to 3 (numerator) you will get 2 as a part.
3 divided by 5=0.6
0.6 multiply by 100=60%
